Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cyronix Security Audit platform (the “Service”), operated by Cyronix Dev & Security (“Cyronix,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Cyronix runs passive, non-exploitative security assessments against websites you submit — collecting publicly observable data such as TLS configuration, DNS records, HTTP response headers, and exposed public paths. The Service does not attempt authentication bypass, payload injection, credential brute-forcing, or denial of service against any target, and you may not use the Service to attempt any of those actions either.
3. Authorization to Scan
You may only submit a target URL or domain for scanning if you own it or have explicit, documented authorization from its owner to perform a security assessment against it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have this authorization. Cyronix is not responsible for verifying ownership or authorization of any target you submit, and submitting an unauthorized target is a material breach of these Terms. Certain scan capabilities that go beyond purely passive observation (such as the service port check) additionally require you to first prove ownership of the target through the Service's domain-verification step, and are refused otherwise.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
In addition to Section 3, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
- Use the Service to build a directly competing product.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
6. Subscription, Payment & Cancellation
Paid plans are purchased in advance for the plan's stated period (monthly or yearly) by UPI transfer: you scan the payment QR shown in the Service with your own bank or UPI app and complete the payment there. The Service never collects or stores your card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PIN — the payment happens entirely inside your own payment app. Prices are stated in US dollars; where an amount is shown or pre-filled in another currency it is a conversion at our published rate at the time of payment.
After you confirm payment, our team verifies it (usually within a few hours) and issues you a single-use license key, delivered by email to your organization owner. Entering that key on your billing page is what activates the plan — plan features are not available until then, and a key is valid only for the organization and purchase it was issued for. Plans do not auto-renew or auto-charge: at the end of a paid period you simply make a new payment to continue, and if you don't, your account reverts to the free tier without penalty. Fees are non-refundable once a plan has been activated, except where required by law; if a payment cannot be verified, we will work with you to resolve it or return it. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Reports & Deliverables
Reports generated by the Service reflect the state of a target at the time of the scan and are based solely on publicly observable, passively collected data. Reports do not constitute a guarantee that a target is free of vulnerabilities, nor a substitute for a full penetration test or professional security audit where one is warranted. Where a report includes narrative content generated from the findings (such as an illustrative attack scenario), that content is explicitly informational and does not represent a confirmed or attempted exploit. You are responsible for how you use and rely on report content.
8. Intellectual Property
Cyronix retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its underlying software, scan methodology, and design. Subject to these Terms, you own the scan data and reports generated from your own submitted targets and may use them for your own business purposes, including sharing them with customers or auditors.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY REPORT WILL IDENTIFY EVERY SECURITY WEAKNESS PRESENT IN A TARGET.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYRONIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cyronix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms — including, without limitation, your submission of an unauthorized target for scanning.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, including by submitting unauthorized scan targets. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cyronix Dev & Security is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer-protection regulation.
14. Changes to These Terms & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions about these Terms can be directed to Cyronix Dev & Security.
